And so it's happened... I've started playing Harvest Moon for the millionth time.
I don't know what it is about games that have such a simple premise... maybe it's the multiple ending possibilities. I just can't get enough of it. Maybe it's just my NEED to do something nerdy that drove me to open it up... and Tetris/Dr. Mario had finally lost its edge.
First I tried firing up Progress Quest, but that only works if you don't have time to play... and time is what I had a lot of. I considered the other games my brother had sent me, but they were too story driven with not enough save points (FF3/6, ChronoTrigger, Terra Enigma, etc.) Harvest Moon has been my mindless failsafe for the past few years. It's almost like an addiction that I think I've licked... but in reality, I'm sucked back in like a black hole if I even consider it for too long.
Oh... the pains of having an addictive personality when it comes to electronic media devices...
(oooh... the things I can't divulge on LJ! How wonderful!)
It's going to suck me in again... who knew I'd have so much trouble finding people to be nerdy with in college? I'm in the honors program for goodness sake!
^_^
yeah.. that's it...
yay.

not everyone in honor is geek
nerds live isolationist lifestyles and such.
geeks are social...trust me if they are hard to find they are in denial. I incedentally found one at work and didn't know it.
Its natural to fall into addictions...speaking of which don't play nintendogs...you'll regret it :)

There is no I in team, people confuse it for an "a" which is an article, which is clothing and totally useless.
